Yet another successful event last night for Pt. Pleasant Fire Co. # 2. This is my 7th year in row that I have performed as a DJ at this event. I would like to especially thank Mark Lane for hiring me again this year. *Thanks Mark...Mark and his fiance' are set to get married in three months congratulations to you both.
This by far is one of the craziest and fun groups of fireman that I get the chance to entertain. It starts off with a cool cocktail hour, and them some speeches and awards...during the awards ceremony, everyone is heckling each other like families do at the dinner table. Followed up by fun and dancing the rest of the night. We also celebrated a birthday last night, happy birthday Danielle!! We got the chance to sing happy birthday to her as she sat out in the middle of the dance floor blushing with embarrassment. Thanks Danielle for being a good sport.
The event was held at the Woodlake Country Club in Lakewood, NJ. The staff and banquet manager Chris do a wonderful job.
I look forward to many more events in the future with Pt.Pleasant Fire Co. # 2 Thanks again :o)
